Cancellation Policy

Service Appointments: To cancel a scheduled appointment with a psychologist or mental health professional, you must provide at least 24 hours' notice before the appointment time. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may result in a cancellation fee.

No-Show Policy: If you fail to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice, you may be charged a no-show fee.

Subscription and Membership Services: You may cancel your subscription or membership at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and you will not be charged for the next billing period.

Refund Policy

Service Fees: Fees for individual sessions are non-refundable once the service has been provided. If you cancel in accordance with our cancellation policy and have been charged, you may be eligible for a partial refund or credit.

Prepaid Packages: If you purchase a package of sessions and wish to cancel, you may be eligible for a partial refund based on the unused portion of the package, minus any applicable cancellation fees.

Subscription Fees: No refunds will be issued for the current billing period. Cancellations will prevent future charges but will not result in a refund for any period already paid for.

Processing Time

We aim to process cancellation requests and refunds promptly. However, please allow up to 14 business days for refunds to be processed and reflected in your account.
