About Us

At Mind Crayon, our mission is to transform how you manage and improve your mental health. We understand that mental wellness is a journey, and we are here to support you every step of the way. Through our innovative technology and compassionate approach, we strive to provide accessible, personalized, and effective mental health support.

Why We Started

In India, mental health issues are severe, with 7.3% of people struggling with anxiety and 5.6% with depression. Adolescents are especially affected, with 10% experiencing mental health disorders and high suicide rates. Despite these challenges, 70-80% of individuals do not receive adequate care due to stigma and limited resources. This is why we created Mind Crayon—to bridge the gap in mental health support and make effective help accessible to those who need it most.

How We Help You

Mind Crayon’s centerpiece is Avatar, our 24/7 AI chatbot that provides instant support and personalized advice for managing stress and anxiety. Easily book sessions with licensed therapists, use our relaxation and mindfulness tools, and track your progress. With flexible pricing and practical features, we’re here to support your mental health journey every step of the way.

Mind Crayon does not deal with medical or psychological emergencies. We are not designed to offer support in crisis situations—including when an individual is experiencing thoughts of self-harm or suicide, or is showing symptoms of severe clinical disorders such as schizophrenia and other psychotic conditions. In these cases, in-person medical intervention is the most appropriate form of help. If you feel you are experiencing any of these difficulties, we urge you to seek help at the nearest hospital or emergency room where you can connect with a psychiatrist, social worker, counselor, or therapist in person. We recommend involving a close family member or friend who can offer support.
